How long will it take for my order to ship?

Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted from scratch by a single artisan.  Most orders take between 1-3 weeks to complete.  Please email hello@just-rosy.com with rushed shipping requests. 

What metals does Just Rosy work with?

Just Rosy only works with high quality metals that are safe for sensitive skin, like sterling silver and 14k gold-fill.  Solid yellow, white or rose gold is available on request. 

What if I order the wrong ring size?

Just Rosy accepts ring exchanges for a new size, within 30 days of receiving the order.  Please email hello@just-rosy.com to get started on your ring exchange. 

Can I return my order?

Orders can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receiving the order.  

Is this jewelry waterproof?

Every piece of jewelry has been hand-polished to be protected from everyday wear and tear, including washing hands and showering.  You can wear your JR jewelry in the water, but please avoid chlorinated pools, hot tubs and exposure to harsh chemicals. 

What if my jewelry breaks?

All JR jewelry is strength tested before it leaves the studio, so it should hold up to everyday wear and tear.  But we know that accidents happen!  

If the damage is due to structural or design flaws, JR offers repairs free of charge.  All other repairs and costs are assessed based on complexity.
